Hello! We’re so happy you’re here! Please take the time to read the following: We are located across Government Center train station on the 1st floor of 3 Center Plaza next to The Dubliner Irish Pub. The building entrance says “Sola Salons.” X Beauty offers hair services from Studio, Advanced and Master level. We guarantee quality across all levels and look forward to giving you a look you love. We offer Makeup and Bridal services and you can book them right here through our website. If you have inquiries for our travel services, send us a message and we’ll respond as soon as possible. PLEASE NOTE: All prices are starting prices. Our color services are separate from cuts and blowouts so we ask that you book all services in advance for a smooth experience. Additionally, if your appointment exceeds 6 hours, the stylist’s hourly/daily rate may apply for their time and expertise. ($95-$150 per hour) No plus ones, no exceptions. Your understanding and cooperation allows us to deliver exceptional services tailored just for you! W
CANCELLATION POLICY
Confirming your appointment is a must. IF YOU DO NOT CONFIRM YOUR APPOINTMENT, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO AUTOMATICALLY CANCEL. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS. Deposits may be transferred only once if you reschedule your original appointment. If you cancel or reschedule a second time, you will lose your deposit. Additionally, deposits are only valid for transfer within 2 months. If you do not reschedule your original appointment within this 2-month period, the deposit will be forfeited. After 25 minutes of being late, your appointment may get canceled and you may be charged the cancellation/no show fee and you will lose your deposit. Your appointment will be adjusted and services can be denied depending on the scheduled time. We ask that you, the client, effectively communicate with the salon or your stylist. Kindly understand that if your service exceeds 6 hours, the stylist’s hourly/daily rate may apply. Any cancellation or rescheduling made less than 48 hours will result in a cancellation/no-call/no-show fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services or $50.00, whichever is more. NO CALL/ NO SHOW WILL BE BANNED FROM ONLINE BOOKING AND WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DENY FUTURE APPOINTMENTS. By booking your appointment, you agree to these terms.
